Thoughts on Brazil and Argentina
Unfitting neighbors

I have returned from my visit to the two largest countries in South America - Brazil and Argentina.
And while one would reasonably think they share similarities as neighbors, I can’t think of any.
Truly:
Brazil speaks Portuguese, Argentina speaks Spanish.
Brazil is incredibly mixed ethnically, while Argentina’s diversity is far more distinct amongst its few groups.
Brazil has a tremendous amount of tropical landscapes across different states, while Argentina’s are mountainous, grassland, and glacial steppes.
Brazilian food is a somewhat typical Afro-Latin American blend, while Argentina’s centers around its cuts of beef and European influence.
Brazil has a vibrancy that permeates its people and land, while Argentina’s friendliness comes off as more cool and collected.
These are of course generalizations, but are nonetheless a good gist of each country.
Both countries were awesome spots you should look into visiting.
Sincerely,
Jacob
P.S. The ice cream in Argentina was to die for.
